Do you do my taxes?
No. We prepare clean, reconciled books and an organized document packet so your CPA's job is faster and cheaper. If you need a CPA, we can point you to one.
Do you work outside Florida?
Yes. Epic Commerce is based in Aventura, FL and works remotely with businesses across the US.
Do you actually build automations, or just recommend them?
We build them. Zapier, Make, Airtable automations, custom scripts, and AI workflows, deployed and documented, not just prescribed.
What tools do you work in?
QuickBooks Online is the default for books. Beyond that: Gusto, Paychex, Stripe, Square, Shopify, Wise, Melio, BILL, Airtable, Google Workspace, Slack, Dropbox, and whatever AI or automation stack fits the job.
What does a website build include?
